We got great value for our money with the 2D1N cruise on Flamingo. The room was spacious, luxurious, and had breathtaking views. The staff was incredibly friendly and the location was perfect for exploring the stunning bay.

The location of the hotel was away from the crowded tourist spots and nearer to Sung Sot cave, which was a highlight. the rooms were clean and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. the staff provided great service and the breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options available.

There were some issues with the cleanliness of the facilities, such as holes in the bed linen and chips in the crockery.

The activities provided on board were perfect for both adults and children. We enjoyed exploring the caves and kayaking in the pristine waters of Ha Long Bay. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring that our children had a great time.
